Sage - Medical Application Demo (Static Version)

NOTE: This version of the application (UI definitions, scripts, etc.) is bundled in a jar that is downloaded.
Although newer versions are automatically downloaded when available, the application cannot be customized
on a per-user, per-access basis. This version is ideal when network latency may be an issue (and for demos).

This Sage application is an example Clinical application that display and manages patient centric data. It demonstrates charting functionality (on the Labs tabs) and COM support under MS Windows for viewing media files and Adobe Acrobat files ( on the Documents tab, click on attachments).

Click the launch button to launch the Sage Medical Application Demo.

If you don't see a Java splash screen and instead are prompted to save the file then you need to get java or upgrade your existing java version. Java 1.6 or later is preferred. Java 1.5+ is also supported. Click on the Get Java button to get the latest Java version.

Click on the images to the right to look at a screen shot of the application.

Click on the link below the image to see the Sage definition of that screen.

Note that the Sage Data Format (SDF) supports imports and inheritance which allow you to break large files into smaller manageable chunks and define reusable components that can be imported and augmented. The definitions you see here were originally in multiple files and have been resolved into a single file for network performance and user readability reasons.
